OUA Figure Skating Championship 2026: University of Waterloo Figure Skating Team
The purpose of this video project was to capture the experience, emotions, and memorable moments of the competition while celebrating the journey and team that made it possible. As a personal project, I took the initiative to document the event because of my passion for video editing and storytelling. Beyond creating an engaging recap, I wanted to preserve the memories of the competition and create a meaningful keepsake that reflects the hard work and dedication shared throughout the season.

End of Season Show 2025: University of Waterloo Figure Skating Team
The goal of this video project was to document the experience and culture of the team through the end-of-term showcase and team bonding activities. By capturing both the performances and the moments shared off the ice, the video highlights the friendships, teamwork, and sense of community that develop throughout the season. The final piece serves as a reflection of the team’s accomplishments while celebrating the relationships and memories formed along the way.

This video project marked the beginning of what would become an annual tradition of documenting our team’s OUA Championship experience. Created as a personal project, the vlog was intended to capture the excitement, emotions, and memorable moments of the competition while showcasing the dedication and teamwork that led us there. As someone who enjoys video editing and storytelling, I wanted to create a meaningful way to preserve these memories and share the experience with teammates, friends, and family. What started as a passion project has since become a yearly tradition, helping celebrate each season and the unique journey behind every championship appearance.
